What are the next steps?
1. Submit your CV
We'll look through it. Experience is great, but we're just as interested in transferrable skills and cultural fit. We'll be in touch if you're successful at this stage (usually within a month).
We get lots and lots of applications for most positions, so please don't be put off if we take some time in getting back to you - we know how frustrating and nerve-wracking the whole process can be and we promise we're not doing it on purpose!
2. Phone call from BlueWave
Our very lovely HR manager will give you a call to have a chat about you, your experience and what makes you tick. They'll be able to give you more info about the role, the team and the company and answer any questions you have at this point.
3. In-person interview
You'll then be invited to BlueWave Communications HQ for an interview, usually with our HR manager and your possible future line manager. Interviews tend to last around an hour and may include some kind of aptitude test or presentation, depending on the role. You'll have a chance to tour the building, get a better feel for our culture and find the answers to any questions you have.
(Remember, this whole process is also about making sure BlueWave is the right fit for you.)
4. Offer
If we love you, we'll make you an offer. And we hope you love us enough to accept. And thus, the next stage of your career - your BlueWave adventure - begins!
