BlueWave van on the Lighthouse point

BlueWave continue to service our current customers as best we can. We have been taking measures to ensure our customers are able to have equitable access to our network and any support tickets continue to be handled as quickly as possible. In line with the government requirements we have restrictions in place for anything apart from emergency works, but will do everything we can to support you remotely.

Over the last week, we have been inundated with requests for installations of primary and backup connectivity over our wireless connectivity service. We can't facilitate these requests as it means entering a premise or property. We’re as frustrated as you are that we can’t help more Isle of Man families and individuals at this time of need for extra resilience and bandwidth. We do already have a business backup solution and will look to roll out a low cost home backup solution if there is enough interest.

If you are interested in an install for connectivity backup (business or residential), post pandemic, please let us know by adding your name to our waiting list below.

Messaging

There are services that we offer which mean we don’t have to send people to enter your premises … you don’t even need to speak to us if you don’t want!

If you are a company wanting one way and two way SMS messaging services to get comms out to customers, clients, and/or service users… we’re ready to go and can help! As a group, we service key organisations in the school/parent and doctor/patient sectors that have relied on this method of direct and instant communications over the last weeks, so we understand how important this stuff is.

If you are trialling or rolling out new #techforgood in this global crisis, we have voice/sms/data developer interfaces and testing credits available, and this work will be prioritised.

I’m interested in SMS services
